The history of Perdomo Cigars is rich in honor and family. Beginning with Silvio Perdomo and his son, Nick Sr., who both endured harsh treatment after the Cuban revolution in 1959. Silvio Perdomo was imprisoned a total of fifteen years as an enemy of Castro, and Nick Sr. suffered two gunshot wounds and escaped execution. Both immigrated to America and in 1976 relocated to Miami, Florida.
With a proud heritage, Nick Perdomo Jr., after serving in the United States Navy and while working as an air traffic controller, began a new company from his home that today is Perdomo Cigars.
